I've always wondered who was the real brains behind Chloe when Stella Mccartney and Phoebe Philo worked together there. They're collections were wildly popular in If I was to take a guess based off the last few years, I would argue Phoebe Philo. She manages to give a wonderfully successful definition of the strict with the feminine. When I think of the saying "woman dress for other woman", I imagine these are the outfits in mind.
