Here are some trends that I am hoping will not make it to 2013. Not all of these are hateful, some have just over stayed their welcome.
#1 Anything with leather sleeves
#2 Peplums, you are the worst!
p.s. this is I used to dress my barbies in, when barbie had to go to 'work'.
#3 The 'cut-out', which has ruined many a top and dress. Often times revealing some odd bit of flesh in a 'new' way. Seen here on a peplum top. Double foul!
#4 The 'twist' top, not particularly awful, but far to present to be of any interest for next season.
#5 The 'high-low' hem. Make up your mind and decide whether you want your dress long or short, reflecting this lack of choice in your garment makes us question your decision making skills.
#6 The color of the year 'ox blood'. This color is awful and reminiscent of poor interior design decisions from the '90s.
#7 Crop Tops, because I'm not comfortable with your bellybutton.
#8 The '90's were full of some really great design trends, this however was not one of them. Why are we reviving high waisted acid washed jeans?!?
#9 Leggings are Not pants. I love an elastic waistband (aka 'soft pants') as much as the next person, but you've got to leave those jammy pants at home.
